At Engel & Völkers Atlanta and North Georgia Mountains, I managed design projects for over 200 luxury real estate agents, handling around 50 weekly requests in addition to my other daily and weekly tasks. During my time with the brokerage, I fully revamped the company’s marketing collateral and templates, including brochures, flyers, postcards, advertisements, social media content, and more. Highlights:
Graphic Design: Created a wide range of materials including flyers, postcards, social media graphics, brochures, eblasts, e-newsletters, presentations, digital and print ads, and signs.
Content Creation & Strategy: Developed and designed monthly/quarterly e-newsletters and weekly social media content for the agents.
Social Media & Advertising: Led social media strategy for the brokerages’ Instagram and Facebook and optimized Instagram, Facebook, and Adwerx ads to enhance listing exposure.
Website & Brand Management: Oversaw website content and design, ensuring consistent branding and thematic continuity across all platforms.
Team Leadership: Supervised a junior marketing coordinator, streamlining marketing requests and ensuring efficient task delegation.
Agent Onboarding & Support: Managed agent onboarding, including website setup, branded materials, and marketing strategy sessions.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinated with vendors for collateral creation, managed marketing inventory, and oversaw the distribution of printed materials.
